happy endorphins

With the help from my go-to adviser Women’s Health mag, my couch will no longer show my ass mold. Treadmill warm up, all the arm movements I could think of off the top of my head, to the ab cruncher, then those leg pusher-outers and inners, and then back to 20 min of less-than-moderate cardio for a warm down. I’d pretty much be sleepwalking through this routine. Not till after the steam room, was I dripping in shwetz. Then I bumped into Ralph. Unfortunately Ralph was no sweat gleaming sexy pantsed Paul Walker, but he did serve as my booty’s savior!  All it took was three personal training sessions to wake those dormant muscle babies. When I think about my stimulated endorphin’s I picture those purple candy Willy Wonka Nerds throwing ragers in my bod. He left me well and on my way to new beginnings.

Unfortunately a personal trainer is not in my monthly budget. Soooooo, NIKE TRAINING CLUB is my new Guru.
